Been trying to grasp just how Mutants gain Mutations during their lifepath. If I roll any of the "Mutant" adolescent events, I gain a single mutation (i.e. a lesser psionic power), is that how it works? But that makes it a 3 out of 39 chance to gain a mutation, which I find particularly high. And all the rules in the adolescent event tables, are they simply ignored when including mutations/psionic powers?
I find this very confusing and not written in a direct way explaining exactly how it works.
