Other than the most recent update, this one https://toneytower.wordpress.com/2017/06/21/no-fallout-vegas-plans-custom-dice-required-mole-rats-confirmed-raider-power-armour-liberty-prime-draft-pose/, nobody has turned up anything new.
Chris is going to be with Bethesda soon to run them through the game again, so we should be hearing more soon.

Huh. I've "Liked" Modiphius, "Liked" various Fallout-related posts by Modiphius, but I have to go hunting (i.e., search for Modiphius) on Facebook to actually see any of their posts they've made lately. None of it is showing up in my feed. It seems like just about any other company I've ever "Liked" a post of, Facebook plasters promos for them in my feed, but not for Modiphius. I guess I just don't know how that works.

...

(reading Martin Toney's article)
Huh. Fallout New Vegas is a no-go, huh? Well, that's a pity, but it's not a game-breaker for me, and I was fearing as much, considering a distinct lack of any mention of "Vegas" when versions of the game were being mentioned. For RPG purposes, I've got kit-bashes of NCR Veteran Rangers and Legion already. I still think NCR would be a good faction, and I hope it's eventually covered, as it's by no means restricted to New Vegas.

As for the custom dice ... hmm. I guess I have to see. It can be a clever way to spare us from having to consult another table/chart, but a game with custom dice almost never provides enough that I don't end up having to buy several more (expensive) sets of custom dice to make the game practical to play for large groups.

I suppose it's less of an issue if this is going to focus on one-on-one PVP play, but I'm really hoping for large-group playability. (At my house, when we've played Warzone, it's usually been built around big multi-faction scenarios, with multiple corporations -- or Legion forces serving rival Apostles -- competing on various objectives, rather than just a simple "KILL ALL THE D00DZ!" slaughter-fest, so everyone can get involved.) Having to pass around custom dice can be a real hassle. I've sometimes resorted to making my own custom dice by printing labels (most recently for Mansions of Madness 2nd edition) when spare packs of the dice aren't available at my FLGS. And, good grief, how much money I wasted on extra dice for FFG's Star Wars games for how briefly we actually played them!

Re: Faction Previews:
That's pretty cool that the Institute will get a Fallout 3 reference, with the two Institute characters who appeared in Rivet City. I like little head-nods to continuity like that. (Actually, I was kind of disappointed that in my Fallout 4 play-through, there wasn't some sort of mention of Rivet City and a call-out to the events there ... but then, I suppose that would have required pinning down some "canon" on the outcome of the Lone Wanderer's involvement with that whole episode, and it was really more of a side-quest.)

Somehow, I have gotten the distinct impression that you dislike Fallout 3 and Fallout 4, and all things Bethesda. Nonetheless, as a matter of my personal tastes, I will continue to disagree. Maybe my particular favorite parts of the franchise aren't going to get a showing, but I'm still looking forward to this game's release.

It have been about 3 weeks and there is still no information on the project development. What is the matter? Why can't they drop any news? A few words at least. I'm a big fan and I like almost everything about this new game, it's very dissapointing to have such bad feedback from the developers.

hey guys we had a great trip over to demo the Fallout game with Bethesda and will be sending a newsletter out this week with the first of the reveals about the rules system, this will get also reposed on the website soon after but those on the email list will get it first.

I've posted the sculpt of the Sentry bot at the top of www.facebook.com/modiphius to check out and we'll be activating the regular development blog soon. Thanks for all the patience we've not wanted to reveal too much about the system until it was well in to development and beta testing and we'd had a chance to get Bethesda's feedback.
