There's a Savage World's homebrew Fallout setting called Savage Fallout. The site is http://savagefallout.blogspot.com/?m=1 and I am been currently GMing a game of this with some customized miniatures but I plan on using some of these bad boys.

@BrandonMorris: Ah yes! I looked at that home-brew, too. While certain contributors to this forum would consider it the ONLY way to go, I noticed that it was focused just upon material from Fallout 1 and 2. As such, I had to apply a LOT of modifications to try to reflect material from Fallout 3 and onward. (Plus, I just didn't like the way some of the Edges and Hindrances were handled.) So the version I've been playing is significantly mutated from that.
Alas, I can't say I'm really running a "campaign." The players in my regular group are focused on Iron Kingdoms at present, so I've just been running various "one-shots" at local conventions, or occasionally getting my players to help me play-test a one-shot scenario as an "interlude" break from our usual Iron Kingdoms campaign.
I've been using assorted proxies (some a better fit than others), and I'm really looking forward to having some official miniatures and terrain pieces when this miniatures game comes out.
@Jordan.Peacock I'm interested in looking at some of the stuff you've adapted if you have it posted somewhere!

I plan on using the miniatures with the Fallout PnP rules that existed way back when. Unless the wargame rules can easily be adapted into a Fallout rpg like thing, even then yes the miniatures will definitely be used.
