Very nice Mark. I like the addition of the three d terrain.

Thanks Steve.

I just need to get some walls to fit the square sides - All mine are too long.

I've also been thinking about something to represent rough terrain. The issue there is that with a base of rubble or a crater, I'd never get a tank or infantry unit in the square too!

Roll on the open board rules!

Cheers,

Furgie

I'm looking forward to the open board rules too. It may be heresy to mention it but using Airfix models on the sheets looks too crowded, visually 10mm or 15mm would look better.

Hi,

I am wanting to use this game with some 3D buildings, I have found some nice bombed laser cut MDF ones on ebay, but they only do them in 15mm and 28mm, having not got the game yet, could someone advise which size would be best?

This is the link to the ones I am looking at:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/15mm-WW2-3-x-Ruined-Terraced-Houses-Style-1-FOW-Flames-of-War-/182025075148

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Actually the scale is some where in between, at 1/72 scale that puts it at 20mm.

They look perfect for this game Martin. Here are TT combat 15mm houses I use along side my 1/72 / 20mm Germans...

I find the 15mm terrain and buildings fit in the map squares better.

Thanks for that Mark. They look great, just what I am looking for. Do you recommend somewhere to buy these from?

Hey Martin, not sure if I'm allowed to post links here, but Google TT Combat for their web site and other suppliers / shops.

I bought directly from them and the service was very quick. They also do these houses as an undamaged model too.

Cheers,

Mark

Thanks for that Mark, they look great! Good price too, think I will buy one of the ruined packs. Are you planning on painting yours or will you keep the wood finish?

Mark, they're not in competition with anything we sell, so it's OK.
