Three adventures to continue the Quick Start

posted Mar 24, 2016 11:10:02 by David Thomas
I wrote three more adventures for the Quick Start, so you can continue your story while we all wait for the full rules.
Start with the adventure in the Quick Start, "To Race the Thunder"
Then continue with "Thunder's Bounty" which leads from the Pictish frontier into Zingara.

A third adventure, "The Song of Lost Lanora", which leads through Zingara and into the Western Sea.

And finally a very open sandbox style adventure about brigands in Argos.

Enjoy!

My pleasure! Really love this system.
I'd also like to hear about experiences with groups playing these adventures.

Thank you very much! I'm going to run "To Race the Thunder" in June and I am delighted to already have follow-up adventures. Can't wait bringing Conan 2d20 to Germany. Right now, I'm painting picts ...

Nice!
Once we backers get the full rules, I'll be giving the adventures an overhaul. Hopefully that will be before June.

I can't wait to get the PDFs. It has been a long time since I was so excited about a new game. And the best: "Thunder" is based on the Conan story that made me a REH fan for life, way back in the 1970s.

Thank you again for these adventures!

I too plan on writing adventures as soon as I get the PDFs. I'm already working on the story of my first, and hopefully I'll just have to add in some game mechanics and populate it with NPCs, Common Beasts and a unique critter or two to finish it up.

Great job with these initial adventures, I'll give them a run through as soon as the PDFs are in. I loathe using premade characters, even temporarily while I wait for the core book pdf.

Do we have a single point of collection for all the adventures that have been posted, both here and on G+? I am starting to think that, as we get closer to release, it would make sense to have these compiled in a known location to make them easier to find for GMs looking for something to run.

I agree! I was planning on compiling all of my stuff so far into a link list. I'll just go ahead and compile the stuff I can find from other people along with it.
