I am definitely up for it! Though as a player because I am no english native speaker but I already have experience with english roll20 groups and feel very comfortable with it. And I can even lend some austrian accent to my characters like Arnold :D
I've just ran my first Conan 2D20 quickstarter session yesterday using simple Google+ Hangouts and Dicestream as diceroller (and to tally Fortune and Doom).
My 5 players managed to get through about half the quickstarter scenario (we'll probably continue the game next week).
I've prepared a "graphical gaming table" in Google Drive containing the character sheets (and allowing to track Vigor, Resolve etc.) and lists and tables like the Combat Momentum list or the ways to spend Fortune, so that every player has everything in plain view. This graphic contained a tracker for group Momentum, too.
After we conclude this adventure, I'll be running it again on Google+ Hangouts - probably at "GMT-friendly" time (I'm at GMT+1, so I'm usually starting at about 7pm GMT).
Most of my games I run in German, but I do run games in English, too. Sometimes I run games at EST-friendly times (GMT-5, usually at 7pm EST), too.
