They're both part of wave two, which we haven't started releasing yet. Bauhaus is written, and currently being edited. Whitestar is currently having the rules written, after which it will go into editing.
For reference, the process is broadly as follows:
One writer does the background for the book, typically the same person who wrote the associated background chapter from the rulebook (for consistency - I wrote the Brotherhood chapter in the rulebook, so I wrote the Brotherhood book as well).
Another writer then goes through the background, finds anywhere that needs rules, and adds those. For all of the wave one books, that writer was me, but we've recruited extra help now, because I've got a lot of other things to do as well.
One of our editors goes over the finished text.
The book enters layout, and is checked internally for errors.
The laid-out book goes to backers and proof-readers for error checking.
Error reports are reviewed and implemented, and the index is added.
The final PDF is prepared for the printers, and the backer copies are updated with the final version.
There are a few other bits and pieces, like approvals from the licensor and so forth, but those are the rough stages of development for each sourcebook.
