Planet Maps

Will there be any maps of the planets? Would be nice to get an overview of where all cities and other locations are.

There is a Mercury map floating around. Not sure how close to the final product it is, though.

There's also this at the same site:

Holy shit! That looks gorgeous! I hope this makes it into the sourcebooks.

These maps are amazing! Great resource for both players and GM. On Nero you can even find George Washington's head!

What? GW's head?

Yep, below the City of Dark Towers. It is an inside joke from the author. There is also Shanghai World Financial Tower right from the Sea of Corrosion.

White Star sourcebook map Could someone from Modiphius explain why there are names for Scandinavia countries + Germany on it? They are long dead in MC timeline.

They are long dead... but they're also reference points for readers, and, well, the people of Whitestar have long memories; the nations existed, in a much diminished form (or as old descriptive terms for regions where the corporations had completely taken hold), when the corporations left Earth (which was only late 21st century, remember), and Whitestar aren't the kind of people to forget the legacies of Earth-that-was, particularly those legacies that were trampled by the corporations.

True, but the whole thing kicked off (the corporations looking to space instead of to the ruined Earth) in the late 21st - the decision to leave and the actual departure are distanced by well over a century.

Come on, not another Brexit thread!

Oh. Nevermind.

WS sourcebook says that both Americas are unexplored. Does it excludes future map of whole Earth or will it be maybe included in Dark Eden book?
Marc_Langworthy said Jul 13, 2016 23:47:28
Hey Shadow,
Yup, when I wrote parts of Whitestar I already had an idea of how I envisioned the Americas to be. Obviously I can't say too much, but there are definite reasons that the Federation have left the Americas alone. Not only that, but they've just had too much to contend with concerning their own borders and a stellar expansion into space since cracking open the doors of their Strongholds. As for the future map of Earth, let's just say that we wouldn't be revealing as much as we are (which is way more than anything written before so far as Dark Eden is concerned) in order to then leave you unsatisfied where that is concerned :)
