Are all of the new spell listed in Heroes' intended to be ritual magic? Some of them read as if they should be combat magic, but no differentiation is made.

Hi there...

Bind Dreamer, Breathe of The Deep, Maglemosian Ritual, Snare Dreamer, Wandering Soul, and Wave of Oblivion are Ritual spells

Mindblast, Wither Limb, and Wrack are Combat Spells

In Episode three, it covers Agent Wotan getting back, and mentions a Gate of Deeper Slumber. But no indication of how the players can get back is mentioned.

I was just reading this bit last night and had to re-read it a few times to clear this question up myself. Agent Wotan can return either by being killed while in the dream state (which returns her to her body), or by finding the Gate of Deeper Slumber somewhere in the forest to the south of the map.

The investigators can leave in a number of ways, depending on how they got there in the first place.

IF the investigators came through the portal on the submarine, then they have to return to the clearing in the forest and use the portal as they are physically in this world and have nothing to return to in the real world.

IF they entered through a dream, or by using the drug, then they can either die somehow, or pass through the Gate of Deeper Slumber themselves.

There is also a suggestion that there could be a way out via the standing stones, but doesn't really specify what... I'm assuming death here ;)

I would also take a guess that there are plenty of other ways out of the Dreamlands, but I've not read much of those stories yet. One of the Chaosium books on this realm would probably cover those escape routes.

My group, "The Devil's Whores," managed to thwart the plot without visiting the Dreamlands. (Wotan in back in Blighty on life support.)

Now I have a problem: Trellborg Monstrosities takes place a year later and I don't have an adventure ready to fill the gap. When is the next Zero Point adventure coming?

@Jim Sarah has been busy with her Mindjammer RPG but is hoping to start on the latest Zero Point adventure soon. Otherwise we hope to be releasing the first of the Shadows of Atlantis adventures (from the Campaign) as soon as they're ready.

Later this week we're sending out the fantastic adventure generator for Achtung! Cthulhu so you can also use that to help. We're working on a bunch of other adventures that we hope to bring out soon as well.

Hey Chris, thanks for that. Picked up a copy of 'Plotting Cthulhu' and really liked the content. A super resource for A!C and great value for the money.

Have to say I'm impressed with Achtung! Cthulhu. Haven't been this excited since I picked up Shadows of Yog Sothoth back in '82.

When will this be available in print? I bought and had the Three Kings PDF printed myself at a local printer - an expensive experiment.

@Niklas we're editing the Savage Worlds and CoC editions together to make one book versions, then bringing them up to date to be usable with the Keepers and Investigator's Guides (they were originally written as stand alone adventures). Everyone who purchased the PDF's will get updated PDF's for free - but we hope they'll be in stores in July latest
